Small moments; Great memories

Small moments; Great memories

There are various moments that distinguish this new adventure in a positive and motivating manner. But without doubt the best moments happen when we are in direct contact with the local culture, when we go out of our comfort zone and begin to experience new things.

When we see that the whole community comes together to manage to achieve the goal. From the oldest to the youngest, from the most experienced to the less experienced. Because there is nothing more motivating to know that our hard work and commitment is viewed as something serious and that can make the difference.

When we go into a home of a new household, and they make us feel part of it because it is so simple to integrate into a situation like this. The simple manner like they make us endure the culture, and as we begin to feel that we are part of these islands.

And be part of these islands include knowing how to move on the ” banana boat “. What appeared so easy has become the most recent challenge of all the times, which seems to defy the laws of physics.

But just as it’s good to venture out and experience the local culture, it’s also good to feel that no matter how far you are, you can always feel yourself at home, have that little pleasure to say, ” I’m Portuguese, I’m Madeiran ” and know that there is always someone who loves our country.

If we preserve a free and open mind, we can turn small moments in great memories!
